November 18th is Measurement Day!

Puesta del Sol will be participating in a contest among other Bellevue schools to lessen cafeteria waste through reduction, composting and recycling. We need your help you ensure that our school brings home the win once again.

Helpful tips for parents:

• Send lunches from home in reusable containers
• Request that your child bring back Ziploc bags for reuse.
• Send your child with food that they will eat. This avoids food being wasted.
• Avoid buying items with lots of packaging.

We will be having a practice measuring day on Wednesday, November 16th.
