The countdown to A Night In Hollywood Auction Gala has begun! We are so excited for the big night!!!

Theme: A Night In Hollywood Auction Gala

Join us for a grown-ups only evening focused on building community while raising money for our school! The gala is a great way to celebrate our community and create lasting memories.

Here are a few things to know for the big night:

• What to do BEFORE March 1st (this Friday):

    (We need about 30 more tickets to help us reach our ticket sales goal!)
  • Book childcare.
    Adventure Kids in Bellevue is offering 20% off and childcare that runs until 11pm! http://web.adventurekidsplaycare.com/locations/bellevue/
  • Go online to check-in, and register for mobile bidding the week before the auction. The link will be emailed out the week before the auction.  We will be using mobile bidding for the silent auction this year, so make sure to bring your smart phone!
• What to expect ON March 9th
  • 5:30 Doors Open for Early Check In & Early Previews Begin
  • 6:00 Silent Auction officially opens
  • 6:45 Silent 15 Minute Closing Warning
  • 7:00 Silent Closes. Ballroom Seating with Dinner service Begins
  • 7:30 Live Auction begins.
  • 10:00 After-Party Begins. The after-party will be more dancing with the official close of the auction. The bar will stay open, you can continue to socialize with other attendees until Midnight, and DJ Zach will be spinning the tunes for dancing and merriment! For those that like the vibes but not the dancing, we will also have some various board and lawn games for you to enjoy.
• Dress Code & Parking
  Marriott provides valet parking at a fee. There should also be self parking available in the surrounding streets and parking garages of Redmond Town Center.
  Smart Casual, Cocktail, and Black Tie attire are all suggested but not required. If you have been waiting for the opportunity to dig out that red carpet outfit-this is the perfect opportunity to dress to the theme! Please know your presence is what matters most and we encourage you to dress in what makes you comfortable.
