Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week May 2 – 6, 2022

Join us in making the Puesta del Sol teachers and staff feel loved and appreciated for all they do to help our students learn, nurture, and grow. The PTA is hosting a luncheon for all staff on Wednesday, May 4. As with tradition, families are asked to contribute snacks and other items throughout the week. We have divided up the days based on grade levels for families to bring in themed items.

1.  Please review the SignUp Genius page for available slots for your respective grade(s).

*Note that all items should be delivered to the Staff lounge in the office at 8 a.m. on your specified day.

2.  We will be presenting the teachers with a special gift during the luncheon on Wednesday. Please refer to the Amazon Wish List for items we still need. We appreciate your generous support!

3.  Finally, please encourage your child(ren) to participate as noted below during the week.

Schedule:

• Monday, May 2: Kindergarten & 1^st Grade Sponsored (All students: bring your teacher’s favorite fruit)
• Tuesday, May 3: 2^nd Grade Sponsored (All students: wear your teacher’s favorite color)
• Wednesday, May 4: PTA Sponsored (All students: bring supplies your teacher needs)
• Thursday, May 5: 3^rd and 4^th Grade Sponsored (All students: bring an appreciation note)
• Friday, May 6: 5^th Grade Sponsored (All students: bring a flower to brighten your teacher’s day)
